A combination of chopped spinach, Ricotta and Romano cheese, egg, cauliflower and potato. Rolled, baked and served with a Marinara or Alfredo sauce.

Sauteed in a seasoned demi glaze sauce.
Sauteed in garlic butter and herbed vegetable stock with zucchini, tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese.
Baked in butter, white wine and garlic.
This is not deep fried calamari. Sauteed with extra virgin olive oil, diced tomatoes, garlic, and a unique blend of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces.
A marinade of fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, mozzarella and balsamic vinegar.
