Pollo ~ Chicken

Strips of chicken breast tossed with sweet red peppers and mushrooms, sautéed in garlic and olive oil. De-glazed with white wine, simmered with fresh basil and spinach, over angel hair.

Chicken breast lightly breaded, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and simmered in our marinara sauce. Covered with Mozzarella cheese and finished in our oven. Served with pasta.

Half chicken seasoned and roasted with garlic, lemon, rosemary and assorted vegetables. Finished with sharp Provolone.
